Blendercleanser Solid, is it worth the money?
My short answer, yes.
I've been using this sponge and brush cleanser for a few months now and I have to say, it's completely worth the money. I've cleaned my brushes and beautyblenders using at home mixtures before and I will admit, they work, but this cleans my brushes and sponges so much easier and faster. I had my doubts that spending $15.95 on this would be worth but I figured, WTH why not give it a chance. I'm glad I did. I use this about once a week with all my brushes and blenders, because, let be honest, putting on make up with a freshly cleaned brush or sponge, is a great feeling. I will say that I had been putting on the Tarte Maracuja Bronzing Serum, using my hands, before using the beautyblender Pure to apply my moisturizer and the bronzing serum transferred on to it. When I went to clean it using the Solid, it did not get the bronze stain off. But it's not too bad so I'm not worried about it. It's almost time to replace that beautyblender anyway. As you can see in the picture below, my blenders and my buffing brush were pretty dirty before cleaning them today. After though, they looked pretty much brand new with the exception of the bronzer serum stain on my beautyblender pure. I also like the scent of this cleanser. It's a very soft clean smell and makes the hairs on my brushes feel conditioned and super soft. I think even if you aren't a fan of the beautyblender itself, which I wouldn't understand because it's AMAZING, the cleanser is fantastic even for your other brushes and/or sponges. My advice, if you haven't used this cleanser, take the plunge and try it out! You wont be disappointed!
